Having a great breakfast. Protein shake, 1/2 cup of plain oat meal with a teaspoon of honey for taste. And I have to have my cup of coffee. I'm replacing sugar for natural honey. I have lost?!?!?!?!?! 7 POUNDS and counting.
We can do this, busy schedule, school, kids come on. Put protein bars in your hand bags, rice cakes, melva toast to hold you up teal the next meal so you don't end up eating junk.

carol can you post protein shakes recopes youve made. I'm having a hard time with the aftertaste of they whey protein powder.
ReplyDeleteOhYeah! is the best brand so far... specially the chocolate flavor. It taste great when its really cold and it doesn't have an aftertaste, the strawberry has a little aftertaste but its good really cold and it has 32 grams of protein.
ReplyDeleteThere's also Ensure I drink it through out 2 meals cause they make me fool and it has 25 grams of protein. This one has an aftertaste but it also has good flavor.
When I don't have time to eat all my meals at work this can replace at least 2 meals the days that we don't have to eat chicken and tuna all day.
