Carol's Day 5!

I'm feeling great! Other than I do get cravings every now and than. I have incredible energy and I started exercising yesterday. I only worked out for 40 mits. but it was worth it. I'm almost down 2 sizes!!!!! Is not easy girls- lets get together soon to see results of our 1st CRAZY KETOSIS WEEK.
If anyone needs help with meals let me know. Or shakes and protein bars. I have plenty.

Goal 125 to 130 pounds. Wish me luck!!!!
