Day 10!!!

I have lost 10 pounds!!!! I feel great and light. 30 days here we come. Can't wait till I reach my goal. True test "KEEP THE WEIGHT OFF". My face is much slimmer and I'm not breaking out. Exercising 20/30 minutes a day and taking the 8 flight of stairs at work is paying off.

Motivation

I don't know about you guys but yesterday was hard! maybe because it was Monday, I dont know but I almost tore open a bag of chips! lol

This morning though I weighed myself and I keep losing - 7 lbs lost already!! Got my motivation for the rest of the week!  :)

tuna day

i don't know why my lost post got deleted (stupid blogger), but I have lost 5 lbs total so far, I know that is mostly water weight but Jason told me my stomach is going down already! That is all the motivation I need!

i don't know if everyone read the diet plan vero sent around but today is another tuna only day. Hopefully I can stick to that. I'm spring cleaning to keep me busy.

Exercise is still a challenge but hopefully I can work something out this week.

3lbs..

I lost 3lbs after the 3 days diet. I'm still drinking water only! No sodas or juice! I've been eating a lot of beef jerky I know it has protein. And that's like my junk of the day.. Also eating peanuts!

I broke my diet today sadly but I'm still going strong.. I do feel healthier and I will soon be starting to exercise! Yay

Good morning ladies!

Having a great breakfast. Protein shake, 1/2 cup of plain oat meal with a teaspoon of honey for taste. And I have to have my cup of coffee. I'm replacing sugar for natural honey. I have lost?!?!?!?!?! 7 POUNDS and counting.

We can do this, busy schedule, school, kids come on. Put protein bars in your hand bags, rice cakes, melva toast to hold you up teal the next meal so you don't end up eating junk.

Carol's Day 5!

I'm feeling great! Other than I do get cravings every now and than. I have incredible energy and I started exercising yesterday. I only worked out for 40 mits. but it was worth it. I'm almost down 2 sizes!!!!! Is not easy girls- lets get together soon to see results of our 1st CRAZY KETOSIS WEEK.
If anyone needs help with meals let me know. Or shakes and protein bars. I have plenty.

Goal 125 to 130 pounds. Wish me luck!!!!

I almost had a chocolate crossaint this morning!

But I stayed strong! LOL!!

Day 1 was easy until I got home, so I took aaron outside to play a bit to distract me and then went to bed with him.

Day 2 is a little harder, I woke up starving but I got my water next to me, I'll fill up on that until it's time to eat again.

Martha Stewart has a set of lunch containers that help with portion control, I am going to go pick up a set to help me out!

Gormet Chickaen!!! LOL by Vero

Dry pan (no oil)
1 chicken breast
2 garlic cloves
2 cilantro leaves
dash of black pepper

Dice chickaen, lol, quarter size, heat up the pan and roast 2 crush garlic cloves, throw the chickaen in the pan and add pepper, cover the pan cook for a few minutes, add cilantro and cook for a few more minutes and voilĂ !!!!

Carol's first day.

Started my morning very busy. So I did not have time to eat until 2:30pm. It Sucked!!!
In the am I only had water and I guess I kind of cheated with coffee. (black only., no sugar, no cream).I needed the energy cause I was so sleepy.
Almost done with my water. The only thing is well, you better have a bathroom near by.
I will be eating baked chicken for dinner! yay me!! I'm at 159 lbs. I think the scale is lying. lol
I have been fighting the urge to eat. cause I love to eat. So stop lying you all, I know your hungry. The kids have been asking for all kinds of goodies and I'm trying to be strong specially when Alexis asked me to make her my special tuna "with all the ingredients" while I was eating my plain one. It smelled so good!!! But I overcame the temptation.
I can do this. Wish me luck for dinner, and good luck to those that are not home yet... when you start smelling the food and try not to open the fridge to much.

starting weight


started breakfast late but i had to weight myself to track progress.

the tuna with lemon and pepper wasn't as bad as i thought it would be; so thats a good thing! i will be putting onions and celery on it next time.
me and andrea keep texting to encourage each other to get through these 3days! i've been drinking water but its not even half way yet. but i still got the rest of the day.

i will be walking through campus with my jug of distilled water and i dont care! :]
Told Nato about the Diet and he said he will start tomorrow.

DAY 1

 
Started breakfast a bit late around 9, I was not used to eating so early in the A.M.

I used half of tuna can, since one contains 2 servings, added half of lemon and pepper!
It went better than I thought, I actually enjoyed it.

I have not weighed myself yet but will do so soon.

Not your typical breakfast, but not too bad either. I'm just going to try to stay focused on the goal.

Current weight:  160 lbs

Goal: 130 lbs

Starting off with the 3  days of tuna or chicken and distilled water.  I started at 8:00 am and so far, not too bad so girls, I think we can do this.
