Water and tuna

Not your typical breakfast, but not too bad either. I'm just going to try to stay focused on the goal.

Current weight:  160 lbs

Goal: 130 lbs

Starting off with the 3  days of tuna or chicken and distilled water.  I started at 8:00 am and so far, not too bad so girls, I think we can do this.
