What I'm eating today.


Low Sodium meatball soup. Chomba made it, I had it yesterday too and i woke up normal, that's how I know its low sodium otherwise I would have had swollen hands.


Pineaple is a natural fat burner, so eat eat eat pineaple.


A cup of almonds, lots or protein in almonds.

Really tasty protein shakes.


I was really surprised at how good they taste considering is protein. There is a bit of metalic taste, but its tolerable.

I have also been making these delicious smoothies with nothing but ice and fruit. The one in the pic below is cantelpe. Drink one of this after walking two miles it taste so refreshing.
