3lbs..

I lost 3lbs after the 3 days diet. I'm still drinking water only! No sodas or juice! I've been eating a lot of beef jerky I know it has protein. And that's like my junk of the day.. Also eating peanuts!

I broke my diet today sadly but I'm still going strong.. I do feel healthier and I will soon be starting to exercise! Yay
