Back to trying to loose weight .

I am back on this crusade to try to loose weight.  My goal by April 9th is 10lbs and total goal by June 25lbs. 

Today's menu:
For breakfast I had Activia strawberry yogurt parfait, it was a little too sweet but not a deal breaker.  

I also had about 25 whole Almonds. Almonds are very feeling and a far cry from when I used to pick them off the tree, eat the skin and cracked the shell for a tiny almond. lol

By 12:30 pm I would have had the yogurt, 25 Almonds and a banana.
For Lunch a lettuce wrap of tuna and tomato.

Later I will have grapefruit and grapes and for dinner BBQ chicken.
It all sounds like a lot now that I am going through enumerating what am eating and I feel full already.
